Shipping policy

Every Athletic Vibez piece is made to order just for you. Here’s what to expect once you check out.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii have a flat $20 shipping rate.

Processing time
Because each item is printed or embroidered after you order, please allow 2–7 business days for production. Embroidered items and larger orders may take a few extra days.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. All delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.

Tracking
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Orders with multiple items
Items in the same order may be made at different facilities, so they can arrive in separate packages on different days. You won’t be charged extra for this.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help.

Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, or your package seems stuck, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
